Show me your labels

Hi fellow Etsians!

I write for the informative website, http://whatisthecpsia.com , as well as for my personal blog http://organicbabyfarm.blogspot.com where I've been posting about my CPSIA adventure. I've been getting a lot of inquiries from other crafters and seamstresses as to what tracking labels should look like, so I'd like to do a roundup post showing what other people are doing so that those who are still trying to figure it out can get ideas.

If you've got a post on your blog showing (or even describing) your tracking labels and you'd like to share it to help others, I'd appreciate it if you could convo me a link to it. I'll check back on the thread but I forget just about everything and will probably forget to do that too; it's harder for me to forget a convo. Also if you make CPSIA tracking labels, let me know.

For the evening crowd, a bump. I've gotten some good responses between here and Twitter (I'm @curiouswork there) but would like to have a wide variety. Please help out your fellow crafters/artisans! There are so many out there who could really benefit from us all sharing our ideas.

The best reproach to this terrible law is our continued survival!

I don't know what a tracking label is :-/ However I do have labels which I put on the back of my packaging with information and pricing.. Are you interested in any examples of that? Or is it solely for the tracking purposes?

AreKayElle, the post is solely about tracking labels for CPSIA compliance. The third party testing requirements got more attention, but the tracking labels have not been stayed and came into effect August 14. Hope that helps!

Hi.. thanks for initiating this forum. I supply fabric labels and recently expanded my product line to include alternate materials. I offer sewable, washable, tear resistant Remay fabric labels for tracking tags as well as self adhesive labels for non washable items such as hair bows, shoes, etc. Would appreciate any feedback on my products.
