please correct me if I'm wrong but as I understand the stupid cpsia law ribbon is exempt from testing only if it's a plain color or woven. So for all the petty polka dots, M2MG picture ribbons, etc we will need a certificate from the supplier? I'm trying to find the exact place where this is in the cpsia website, I know I read it. Can anyone guide me in the right direction.

Hey! Woven ribbon in colors and designs are pretty too!!!
and they are exempt as they do not contain harmful chemicals. Take a look at me shop!!
Sorry if this sounds like a promo, but just wanted to let you know that there is much more available in the ribbon world than ones with harmful chemicals.
