Re: Plastic Canvas and Fun Foam?

If those products are going to be used to produce a finished product that is used by, on, or for children under 13 than by more than adults than you needed the testing information kept in your files tied together by a GCC and can be followed trhough to the permanant tracking label on the finished product. If the product is a more general purpose item meant to be used more often by adults than children the laws and regulations will depend on the state you made the item in and where the items is being shipped to, some states have additional lead laws that affect adult products.

You may want to see if you can get help from your local SCORE mentor or the regional SBA office in obtaining professional legal advice about making and selling specific products due to the complexities of the CPSC, CPSIA, and state based laws.
