The process was pretty straight forward, I had to send 3 full samples of my product plus a vial each of 2 of the glaze components and whatever compliance letters I had from the suppliers... mind you all of the components I use were either compliant on their side or exempt, but still had to go through the testing! I had CPSIA,CONEG and ASTM required testing, it took about a week and a half and the cost was $1300... that was reduced from original quote because I had compliance letters. The report was 11 pages and my heart was coming out of my chest as I was scanning through them hoping I saw all passes! I was more concerned about my labeling then anything... just me being frazzled really. They even set up a template for my GCC with all the info in it. Soooo glad this is over!!!
