What does that mean? It sounds important...and a little scary, but it's probably just government-speak. I submitted a formal complaint to through the Small Business Administration (National Ombudsman)website about a week ago, in which I gave an overview of the dire situation of small businesses in general and then described how the CPSIA would effectively halt my plans to start writing, illustrating and producing my own children's books (I have a book about half done).
Today I got an email that I could tell was NOT a form letter, informing me that my "case" had been submitted for "high-level review". Do they just say that to everyone, or do you think I might have cracked some glass ceiling somewhere?
