I've emailed Dritz once a week for the last 4 weeks and heard nothing. I switched my snaps to someone who is compliant. The snap source, they sent me documentation the same afternoon I asked for it!
Confirming PeralyGrey's excellent customer service from SnapSource. I received the same prompt service. I have always used Snap Source. Their products are made in U.S.A. More expensive than other brands, but worth it.
