Someone in a past forum suggested including a disclaimer to all potential children's products stating that the item is not intended for use of children under the age of 12 (even on baby items). The suggestion was skipped over as it was part of another thread, but I'm wondering if this would serve as a sufficient loop hole...?
Nope, it won't work... it's written in the law that anything that would appeal, intended for, or that people might think is for kids under 12 is in play. Disclaimers won't work for that reason...
