Hi all. I make wool felt hair clips for kids. I use lead free clips, wool felt, embroidery floss and hot glue. I am unsure what I need to do to meet regulations. My main concern is that of course the clips can be a choking hazard due to the small nature of hair clips. I include a warning about the choking hazard and the need for parental supervision, but I think maybe there is more I need to do? Help please!
