I need help with label on baby hats

ok, I've read almost everything there is on regulations, labeling, fabrics
but I am still quite confused on what to do if I want to sell my crochet baby hats in the US
Can someone help me with labeling my crochet baby hats.
If I have a label that mentions the type of yarn, my shop address, where I'm from and how to care for the hat and I attach it to the hat.
will that do ?
will I be able to sell it to the US?
do I need to do anything else?
does anyone know for certain around this team please?

I make my own labels on printable cotton with an inkjet printer (ink is CPSIA approved) I use a Word Label template that I tweaked until it fit my needs. I like making my own since the Country of origin , fiber content, laundry inst., etc. are variable.
If you would like to use my template, convo me with your email address and I'll send it to you. It is confusing at first.

I had some labels done a little while ago

and they say this

would you think that it would do?

You need to have some kind of tracking information on the label also, and the country of origin of the fibers.

for example:

Recupefashion.etsy.com
St-Calizte,Qc,Ca
Handmade in Canada
of 100% Acrylic
Fiber origin USA (or where ever)
Handwash
Lay flat to dry
what ever coding you want to use to keep track of your items.

Just remember the CPSIA tracking label and FTC format care & content label will only be needed for the items you are shipping to addresses in the USA. First and foremost you will need whatever labels are required by Canadian law for your domestic sales. Even if Canadian garment laws require similar info to what appears on the FTC but in a different format or print style you need to be able upon sale to a US customer be able attach both the FTC and CPSIA correctly formated labels to the piece. BTW the FTC does not require any care and content label on a hat (excluding wool hats) unless there already is a something there that contains partial information in regards to either content or care then you need to have a completely formated label the product with all require FTC information. Then for other international orders like for shipments going to the the UK or those in the EU you will need to research what their labeling laws are and be prepared to sew or tag on the labels accordingly.
