This is a FAQ by a company that does quality and safety testing, audits and inspections regarding various customer questions about the CPSIA. I figure this is a good source since it would be VERY bad PR for them to publicly steer people wrong on this. It's geared towards larger companies, but some of the questions pertain to a lot of the things people have been asking about on here.
