Hand Sewn Plush Toys

I was reading through the guidelines for the CPSIA and I didn't come across anything regarding stuffed toys that do not have small parts. My items are hand sewn and embroidered and don't have any parts that would be considered a choking hazard. How heavily regulated are stuffed toys for children ages 4-8?

Very,they are no different than any other children's toy. They need seam testing, and the stuffing needs testing. If they have eyes those need testing. Several states have plush toy regulation, registration and labeling requirements in addition to the CPSIA regulations.
