"Should not I sell??
or
Should not the buyers buy??"
From the products which has no permission...
Are my products need to be certificated or not???

It just depends on what you make it with-- yarn is fine.

This will only affect the items you sell to the US. If an item does not meet the testing specifications, you can offer to non-US countries.

So far, there appears to be an exception on yarn (I hope it stays in place). Thus, you can sell knits, provided they don't have additional non-fiber parts (buttons, snaps, etc.).

So, it's OK to make a garment for kids with knitted ties so they can strangle themselves with them instead of nice safe Velcro fastenings........is Velcro a banned substance too? LOL

I believe there are regulations regarding the length of ties, but those have already been in place. I think Velcro would have to be tested, but maybe the company already has the certification (things are still up in the air right now). Most things aren't banned technically, but the testing costs make them problematic for crafters.

Yeah-- plus, it's obviously NOT being enforced on smaller scales yet (i.e. Etsy has not been searched and destroyed), so you just have to realize if you do get "caught" selling something not certified, you COULD technically get in trouble.

You should be fine. It is a big deal, but not as big of a deal especially for you.
