File A Complaint against the CPSC via the National Ombudsman

The National Ombudsman just contacted me regarding the complaint I filed against the CPSIA. He definitely said this is a route we should all take. It can take up to 30 days for a response but who cares as long as they have complaints to the ceiling. Here is the link and be sure NOT to keep your case confidential.
