Etsy Admin needs to make CPSIA front page

We as sellers know about the new law but there are still many consumers that don't know about it. Etsy Admin should stand behind us sellers and buyers to make this front page worthy. They should devote treasuries and have a space on the front page to let buyers know about it.

Look at the bottom of the Front Page and find the Save Handmade logo.

But how many buyers see it on the bottom of the page. Needs to be at the top of the page.

Like where the Etsy finds are located with a little more explanation like what CPSIA is.
