I have been having a HORRIBLE time trying to register this year. I keep getting an error message and the registration will not go through. I have emailed through the email address provided on the site, but I'm not getting a response back. Does anyone know of another email for them that might be more helpful in getting a quick response? Thank you!

What is the error message you are getting? If you do not have a dedicated website that you can receive direct emails then you will get a message that they can not complete your registration. Etsy convo system is not a dedicated email system direct to you. Please tell me exactly what is the message you are getting.

When I was trying to log in to the portal website, it wouldn't let me log in. I was using the correct information, as I had saved my log in info and had used it not too long ago. I tried resetting my password and an error message kept coming up saying that the database or directory was not available. This was going on for about 2 weeks for me. I finally decided to try it again a few minutes ago and it finally worked. I've been worried that I couldn't get reregistered due to the issues I was having, so it's a relief for it to finally have gone through.

They have been doing maintenance on the site. I tried to get on yesterday and got a message that they were doing site maintenence and to try again in a few days. So glad you got it sorted out.
