Drawstring tote bags?

I am considering adding drawstring tote bags to my shop in varying sizes, which could be used as party favor bags or toy bags. I couldn't find anything in my research about what information needs to be included on a bag, though it seems it is exempt from FTC labeling. Also, they would be reversible, so a sewn in tag like my usual ones wouldn't work.

The other question I had was on using hook and loop (Velcro) on a travel diaper changing pad strip to close it... what is the fiber content and what requirements are needed for those since it will be used near children?

Reversible garments can have FTC information on hang tags. Purses don't need FTC labels. If you are going to advertise them or suggest in pictures that they can be used as party favor bags or toy bags, then you will have to have CPSIA tracking labels on them. If those that are for children are also reversible as opposed to just lined, then you can also use hangtags.

Hook and loop tape is polyester, and is exempt from testing and is perfectly okay to use for children's items.
