Does everyone have to go by CPSIA ??

Does everyone who sales on etsy or to the general public have to go by the CPSI rules ? Just wondering I havent really ever thought abou it.

Better to be safe than sorry...You just don't want to take that chance to be put in jail with a bunch of crocheting, knitting, sewing ladies.

you have to abide by the laws of the country you live in

so if you live in the usa then yes you have to abide by them -- and i see you are in Philadelphia --so you will have to comply

if you live out of the usa, it is the importers resposibility to ensure items comply with cpsia -- so unless you are wholesaling to usa it is unlikely to be an issue
