I am a first time user of Etsy, and made my first purchase earlier this year on May 19,2010 from a lady claiming to be Mindy at CustomStuff2. After expressing to her that I was a little nervous about paying upfront for custom crib bedding, she assured me that she had done this many times before and had many pleased customers. I even read her feedback, which at the time had 100% approval. She cashed my check in mid May and promised the bedding in 4-6 weeks time. It has now been over 18 weeks since she received my check and I still don't have any bedding! I have corresponded with her multiple times over the last 5 months regarding this matter and every time she has promised it would ship the next day, or given some excuse. I am so disgusted with this entire experience I don't even have the words. I am a stay at home Mom of three and $200 is a good chunk of change to me. On top of that, I guess I waited too long because now I don't even have the option of leaving feedback for this transaction. I did however go to her page and notice that she had negative feedback this month from another girl who is in the same situation as me. It is not right for people to do bad business and take advantage of others like this. Please help!
