Ok, so there are differing interpretations on the issue of the stay and there have been plenty of discussions on the matter so I'm not trying to debate that but have to bring it up to get to get where I'm going.
So, MY interpretation is that the stay won't be legally legal until it passes through congress and it is up to each state's attorney to choose to enforce the law or not at this point.
What happens when these items hit customs? US customs was also placed to enforce the law as well. Are they or aren't they? Are the people who have stayed open still selling internationally? Since you have to state on the customs form, what it includes, I have visions of these items being returned to the seller.
