Contacting NPR

I posted about this yesterday, but admittedly the title of my post was less than interesting. Hopefully this one will work better.

I just sent an email to NPR requesting they discuss the CPSIA during Talk of the Nation. I don't know what impact my email will have since I'm out of country, but it's worth a try.

It's super easy to do so if any of you are NPR listeners (or even if you're not), I think it could be a good way to get the word out. I'm an NPR addict when I'm home and so I'm pretty sure it's the kind of subject that would interest them.

I have saved a copy of my email to them if anyone is interested, though it's probably best if they get a few different ones on the same subject.

I've contacted my local - I give them $ 2x a year during their pledge drive - I was hoping for some payback (hahah) but haven't heard anything back. It would be great! Keep it up!

Thanks! I've been thinking NPR should cover this issue, too. Also, what about PBS? The 'NOW on PBS' program w/ David Brancaccio (sp?) & Maria Hinajosa is a weekly public affairs newsmagazine and does investigative reporting on salient issues of the day. Contact them at:
