I dont watch Oprah very much. But I do remember a show she had that had stay at home moms and dads who create things for income and what they have created and so forth. So I contacted her with a plea to help.
I have contacted many news people in the Sacramento area and many are shocked and didnt know about this.
Just a thought on someone to email. She seems to be a big supporter of the new president so maybe she could get something out there....make a point on her show.

I dont have the website in front of me but I contacted show ideas and comments. Since she had a show about homemade crafters I thought show ideas was a good idea. I also contacted all my news stations that are more relaxed...its funny some have no idea what I am talking about. I hope this gets changed. We can only hope and pray.

Maybe this idea has already been mentioned. Who knows? Something might already be in the works, but just in case not...

Contact Martha Stewart I do think is a strong supporter of handmade and Etsy. Actually, I do have contact info for two or three on her team, and one who recently emailed back and forth with me.

Has anyone tried contacting Ellen? I watch her show every so often and she seems like she responds to fan mail a lot and picks up worthy causes to showcase on air.

Contact the View! I know one of the View has a daughter that sells on etsy. She always is giving media attention of etsy on The View.
