Can you start me down the right path?

I just opened a shop selling wooden toys and teethers and am completely lost about the CPSIA stuff.

Would you all mind looking at my shop and helping me figure out what all we need?

I am off to start reading through all the info I have bookmarked.

Unlike the critiques forum no one here on the team is able to tell you what you need to do specifically to legally comply with the CPSIA. (None of us are lawyers or work for the CPSC)
What advice and opinions you do get here should be checked against any documentation from an authorized CPSIA web site (usually a .gov website) or if it's beyond your grasp discussed directly with a legal professional after contacting the CPSC directly for clarification.

Sorry for the snarky answer yesterday was in a bad mood.

You will need at the very least to do paperwork for files you keep files for each product that you make for children 13 under.
Each product (or sold as a set or products) will need tracking information as a permanant part of the item and included on any packaging or storage the product comes in.
What you currently have seems to be make of exempt from lead testing materials (ie. natural untreated wood), but you should still keep any proof you have as to the nature of the wood to show it's exempt status. So any bills of sale or tags that may give detailed info about the wood should be copied and kept in each products file.
Since teeth products are generally targeted for those inder 4 you may also need to have use and abuse testing done to show the likelyhood hood of small parts breaking off and causing a choking or splintering problem. Additional the government may want phthalate information (though natural untreated wood should not have them) kept on hand.
If in the future you wish to condition the wood look to the lead exempt list first for products that can be used, but if you decide on using commercial products that may have additives (like preservatives or a liquifier) you may need to test.
