I'm planning on starting a shop selling peg dolls. I've spoken to the omsbudsman this morning and if I can find a paint company that is willing to send me a certificate showing lead testing has been conducted, then I don't need to get the paint tested myself. The issue is that when I call the paint companies I'm getting a standard "We are AP certified which means there's no lead paint. It's on the bottle" and they have no idea what I mean by a certificate. Can anyone recommend a paint company that will supply a certificate or am I searching for something that doesn't exist?
