All this talk about the CPSIA got me wondering about how the law is going to effect all of our businesses. So I created a poll on my blog to find out.

I voted. I probably would have picked three options, though: Close shop, modify creations (for which I'd open a new shop), and of course INFORMATION OVERLOAD! LOL

As for my current shop, it won't affect me. But I was planning on opening up a second shop next year to sell children's clothing & accessories that I make, but now I am not so sure! The law is so confusing! I have signed a few petitions and I am sending a letter to my congressman also!

I didn't vote... I don't sell children's items but I refuse to agree that it dosn't affect me. Therefore there is no answer that I agree with.

I make kids things every so often and I make clothing items in my other shop. I will totally ignore such stupid regulations. (I think they will be turned over anyway. I have contacted my congress reps as well. One of the options to the survey should be "Fight it!") Here's an example of me following my post-conventional morality!
