CPSIA-BECOMING DISCOURAGED HELP!!!!

I am extremely interested in selling the receiving blankets for babies that I have been making lately and I was told something about the CPSIA, first of all, tagging and posting links has done nothing for me as I have gone through and read all that I can possibly fathom about the topic and I am still 100 percent at a loss. I am so confused and I am really rethinking this whole thing which is awful considering I have already made 12 sets of blankets to sell. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME. What do I need to do? Where do I even start? How do I get one of these certificates or whatever they are to get going. I am in tears trying to understand this and I feel so stupid for not understanding.
