I don't think so. In my listings for pendants I always say that they are not for children, due to the small parts involved. Its unfortunate, because so many of yours are perfect for kids!! Maybe if you set an age, like for kids over...?
Stoic - unfortunately, according to this new law, it's not the buyer that decides who the product is intended for (as I understand it). It's the general public perception. (crazy - huh?)
I was thinking about this today...wouldn't it be nice of etsy to make a teen category here so we scrabble & bottle cap pendant makers wouldn't have to list our items in children when they are in fact for teens/adults.
Many of mine are for under 12. I just don't get how we can control who buys it. Because many of my pendants I feel are for children, adults buy to wear for themselves so I hate to stop selling them.
