CPSIA -- And what of the foreign sellers?

Here's a question... as a seller in Canada where we do not have to deal with CPSIA (at least not yet), will I and other sellers like me be exempt but not allowed to sell items for ppl under 12 to Americans?

This is all so overwhelming. There's no way this can go as planned as the cost to police this alone would be insane.

I think we can still use our Etsy shops and sell within Canada and other countries but we just can not sell to the US if any item may possibly be for someone 12 years and under as of Feb.10.
