For those living in the South I have found a lab that is based in the Atlanta area with labs in other southern cities you can check out their site at
http://www.atslab.com/ they are a CSPC certified lab.
they quoted me a price of $65 for a sample I don't know if that includes phthalates or not, I email them back to ask but haven't heard this is wet testing which is what will ultimately be needed.
