CPC certificate content

Hello, I'm creating my children's product certificates at the moment. I don't have any wholesale contracts in the US (I'm in the UK), nor do I plan to, but just want to make sure the paperwork is in order.
I'm already registered as a small batch manufacturer, so I don't need to use lab testing, but I'm slightly confused as to what CPSC product safety regulations I need to cite on there. As far as I can work out its only the flammability standard. Does that seem right?
My baby clothes are all hand sewn, with no painting or printing, so lead content doesn't seem relevant to me?

Re: CPC certificate content

No, you need to show every regulation that applies. I just made one for one of my clients that is for a bib. She has 6 regulations that I listed. Yes, she is exempt from testing either by statute or by exemption for SBM#. You still have to list them and then further down show why you are exempt. You have 5 regulations for your bibs.

And each of your different styles of garments needs its own CPC. You have different notions that may mean different regulations. Different suppliers mean a change in CPC.
