I have been wondering can we offer sewing services if they provide the fabric?Can I sale my sewing services,just like custom alterations,as long as they provide the supplies.Would you still be considered a reatailer of childrens clothes under the new law?

I think so, I can't see why you couldn't. I am considering selling the patterns for my play food - after all, how can I test a .pdf? Though I am reluctant to give out patterns that took hours to perfect.
