Ok so Im way behind in my magazine reading and just flipped through the Feb issues of WonderTime Magazine, skimming the 25 tip inventions of 2008.
And they had a blurb about toy safety. So of course it said this:

Yes yes yes i know kids safety first. but this blurb is like NOTHING on what this law is REALLY about!
