Anyone want to draw a comic about this situation?

I thought if someone drew a comic, and gave it 'open rights', then I could put it on stuff like http://www.drunkduck.com/Notebook but other people could post it on their blogs or whatever too. Get the message out visually.

I have an idea of a cartoon about throwing the bath water out with the baby. I can't draw but if someone could draw I think it would get the point across.

Congress is the person doing the throwing.

Bath water and rubber ducks in water are China (source of lead).

And Baby is Small businesses who were the only source for safe lead-free toys.

The congressional members all standing around a pile of burning kids books, rubbing their hands in glee...." If kids can't read and be educated, they'll grow up to be politicians!"

OR...
The CPSIA Congressional members all sitting around smoking funny lead-tainted cigarettes, the caption could be, " Just say no to drugs. Or you'll grow up stupid."
