Regarding the stay... the way the latest crap I read from the CPSC read if you are sure your products:
1. Have no paint or other coating anywhere on them.
2. Have no small parts.
3. Have no phthalates.
4. Have no parts/pieces/substrates containing lead.
Then you can continue selling them in good faith without fear of the CPSC coming down on you this year for not having obtained a 3rd party certification. Your state attorney general still can though.
Of course, they might change their minds tomorrow, or a court might rule that their decision was wrong, or (if their track record speaks) they might just issue a statement saying the exact opposite of what they already said without even noticing the discrepancy.
