Acceptable Lead Limits

I'm sure this has been asked many times, but I could not find the thread. If you have a item tested for lead, what is the acceptable lead limit allowed by CPSIA?

The current acceptable lead limits are:
*90PPM by weight for any surface coatings including but not limited to paints, sealant, inks, screen printing media, and stains (basical most liquids that dry to a solid)
*300PPM by weight for all other materials

Keep in mind there is currently a vote going on by the CPSIA committee as to lowering the acceptable limits effective Aug 14th 2011
