Hello MississippiGyspy - that is a good question! Although I happily do the post and run thing, I do feel that there must be other ways to help actually help build profile as well as just creating clicks. Treasuries certainly seem a good way although they do need a fair amount of commitment from both the person curating and also the folk behind the products profiled in order for it to "get out there" to any great degree - but in terms of building karma, I find it is always so lovely when someone features my product -it makes my day, so I hope when I feature others, they get the same feel good factor and a bit of a profile boost to boot!
I'm not so up on the other of your suggestions but am keen to hear what others think too!
