"It is open to all, You do not have to be a team member. The treasury is currently in preview mode. You may shop in preview mode, just make sure that the shop you choose has not already been shopped from. After purchasing, post IN ALL CAPS, the NAME OF SHOP you purchased from, the TRANSACTION ID, and the PURCHASE AMOUNT (after coupons, and before shipping). A $5 minimum purchase is required in order to replace another shop on the board. The BNR will officially open at 6pm CST. At that time I will update the board to reflect purchases made during preview, and I will stay by the computer to update the board as purchases are made."
