I am so excited to be in a sock group. I am new to social media stuff. I have been knitting socks since I was a young girl and I used to knit them with my hands under the desk. I concentrate better on other things when I knit and socks are my favorite.

My favorite way to knit socks is toe up on two circular needles. I also love crocheted socks. They are so comfortable.

I look forward to sharing ideas for new ways to make socks and get out of sock problems. I suspect I may be the oldest person in the group :-/ And like a good mom and grandma, I love to help. And I have (way too) many years experience. But I learn something new about knitting every time I meet knitters. :-)

Hi there! I'm an old dog myself. LOL. I love my knitting. I am a huge fan of socks but I like scarves too.

Years ago, my mom bought me a pair of hand knit socks as a gift. I liked them so much that I taught myself to knit socks. I watched Youtube videos over and over and wasted tons of yarn, but now I can make a pair fairly quickly.

Hi everyone, I just had to join your team because I love hand knit socks. I am a hand weaver who weaves heirloom quality textiles and occasionally I knit a pair of socks for myself. Hope it is okay to join even if I don't sell socks but I sure do appreciate the work that goes into knitting them.
