How on EARTH do you get your name out there?

Hello!

I am fairly new to the whole etsy thing; I literally just started up my page. I've had some views on my items but I was wondering if there were any veterans out there who could give me some tips on how to get my name out there? It almost seems impossible with the amount of shops on etsy.

I'd appreciate any advice or support you can provide!
