Hello All! Can someone please tell me what a BNR is?

I'm new to the team. And i LOVE jewelry!!! I have heard about BNR and sales but that's all I know. Can anyone explain what it means and how it works.

It's a treasury where someone buys an item from a shop included in the treasury and one of their items takes the place of the item they bought. It is a way to get some exposure.
