I get a decent amount of views and hearts, but no sales since I upgraded my photography this summer. I read somewhere that if you're getting views but no sales, it generally means you've not including vital information in the listing descriptions that customers want to know (size, color, etc), but I think I've got that covered.
I realize I sell traditionally winter items, so that may be accounting for the slow sales, but there are other knit shops who seem to be doing just fine this summer. Am I missing something here??
How are my descriptions? Photos? I feel like something I'm doing must be off. Customers are finding my work just fine, but aren't buying it.
