Warning...beware of creating Tiffany and co inspired invitations!

I received an email from Etsy for an item that I listed. The item was listed as a Tiffany & Co. inspired baby shower invitation printable. My listing was deactivated by Etsy. I also have a listing for a bridal shower invitation. I think it will be fine to relist once I take anything that says Tiffany's out of it. I contacted "Tiffany's Enforcement," the email that was included in the notification that my listing was deactivated. This was one of my most popular listings. I noticed that there are a lot of "Tiffany's inspired" invitations on Etsy, and I think that they are cracking down on this. If I get a response back from them, I will let you know what they say! Just wanted to make anyone aware who was thinking about doing a Tiffany's Inspired Invitation...

I received one as well, for using the phrase "tiffany blue". I wasn't aware that it was copyrighted, but alas... We are now using "robin egg blue" to describe our teal colors =).

same thing happened to me for listing a "tiffany inspired" invite. I relisted without the word "tiffany"
