So I sell digital prints, and for the second time I have had a customer try to leave a review but can not find out where the review button is to leave one. I have googled and tried to help explain where to go and find the review button, but my customers still say that there is no review button there to click on. Is there a trick? I know I read in the etsy handbook for digital items they have to actually download the file to be able to review. Both of my customers said they did that and were still unable to find out how to leave a review. Is there anything else that they need to do because I thought for digital items they could leave a review instantly after purchasing an item. Is this true?
