Hi Leslie,
You're an artist like me, I think you may be our intermediary with the staff because you know profoundly art.
Since the new browse page, we (Printmakers) have a problem. We are mixed with Posters&Prints.
but we are neither one nor the other.
And our sales have plunged, because as our products are made one at a time, our prices can not run with a reproduction of computer.
Unfortunately to ETSY and 99% of the world population, there is no difference between Print and Printmaking.
Would be can go back to Browse the two categories: Print and Printmaking?
Even the great museums at world like MOMA-NY have the same problem to explain the difference, so I put a link in my items to MOMA-NY.
What is a print? Check the Print Art Guide from MoMA – NY:

And I use the word Original to distinguish in my shop, " All my pieces are limited edition original prints, not reproductions. Each of my etchings/intaglios is produced individually by me, on my own hand press. Every different pressing produces a slightly different image, so all the prints are in effect originals."

I would pitch to add Printmaking as a sub-page under Art, that will be your best case. And...you need to post it in Ideas because that is where change ideas come from believe it or not!
