instagram help ;)

Hi everyone :)

I have a question, I have tried to open an instagram account on my laptop, for some reason I m having trouble, so I used my husband's tablet and sing up, entered email and the basics... skip the look for friends, since I was on his tablet, neither used a picture.

Well, I went to my laptop (Toshiba/windows 8) and look on my email and it was a confirmation link, I clicked and was able to sign in and see my profile on instagram... however, there seem to be no place to add friends, or photos, do you have any suggestions?? ;)

Unfortunately I think you can only add photos from a smart phone. Instagram seems to want their platform to be used only on phones. Although you should be able to follow others from a tablet or laptop
