OMG..It's the 23rd already..Time is flying! Well...I was doing some hunting through boxes and totes getting some stuff for a garage sale next Saturday and I came across by far what was my FAVORITE coat. It was reversible and on the one side it had a big bleach stain and had a pretty big rip and just wasn't wearable any more...SO I took the scissors to it! This is what I came up with...

Just checking in and relisting items getting ready to expire. Also, thinking about starting to do some craft shows now that my youngest is a little older. Anyone do them? Any advice for getting started?

I do craft shows. I like to buddy up with friends and family members who also craft. I am going to a show this coming weekend with my cousin who knits. We should be able to do some fun things with my jewelry and her knitting. Also, I have the canopy and she has the tables, so that helps.

Mostly, just start checking around for craft fairs in your area. Bulletin boards frequently have notices. In our area, super markets and feed stores have bulletin boards. Also, community service ads and sometimes your local churches and clubs/organizations.

Crafters are really good about sharing info on craft fairs. Just go to a craft fair and start asking. One thing about craft fairs is to find that ones that your product will sell at, and realize that one craft fair you'll do really well, the next craft fair not so much. It just depends. Etsy also has some posts about setting up at craft fairs. They have some pretty good info.
