Hi I have just experiencing a very bad experience of selling on etsy as a customer has decided to open a case. She had bought some digital items and found that she doesn't like them and wants a refund.Refunds on digital download does not make sense. Anyways I have agreed to send her an exclusive coupon code for one time use to which she has denied. Now I don't know what to do. I have contacted Etsy help desk, responded to all the replies and keeping everything abreast but am clueless as to what else can I do. Please help.
IT goes by shop policies you've set for your shop.
If you are not accepting returns/refunds and cancellations, just ask her to got through shop policies.
