I have two machines. I have a Singer XL 550 and a Brother PE 770. I do the majority of work on my Singer, but I love the Brother for the 5 x 7 designs so I do waste so much stabilizer doing them on my Singer with the 6 x 10 hoop.

Re: What machine(s) do you own?

About 6 months ago I purchased a Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold, not knowing how much I would love the craft. Two months later I went to my local shop and purchased a 10 thread Baby Lock Enterprise. I am having soooo much fun. Big learning curve but it has been a blast trying new things.

Re: What machine(s) do you own?

I bought a Baby Lock BMP9 (6 needle) about 3 years ago and love it. At the Anita Design Party in Everett in May I discovered I could add the flat table to it which was previously only available for 10 needle machines. Wow, that addition was worth the money. I also have a Pfaff 2170 which I tend to use for regular sewing, but would love to have a Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold. Baby Lock and Brother make good machines now.

Mary Spilane

I have heard only good things about the Melco Amaya. How long have you had yours?

Re: What machine(s) do you own?

I had a Brother 950 first but I found that A) the hoop was too small for what I wanted to do and B) I like to be sewing while the embroidery machine is running and you can't do that with a combo machine

I purchased a Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold machine and was hooked. I ended up purchasing a Baby Lock Enterprise about 30 days later.

Re: What machine(s) do you own?

Hello Everyone!

I am new to the group so I wanted to jump right in and get to know my fellow stitchers!  Until about a week ago I had a Babylock BMP6, (6 needle).  I owned it and loved it for over 6 years. I purchased it used and unfortunately I think it had enough of me and decided to continually have small issues.  So when I took it in to be repaired a little over a week ago and my hubby told me to go ahead and get my dream machine.  So I am now the proud owner of a Babylock Valiant! (Prince Valiant) It is a dream to stitch with!

Can't wait to get to know everyone!  Happy Stitching my friends!

Trasey
