What will cause the bobbin thread to knot up either in the beginning of embroidering a letter in a name or once the thread jumps to a new letter. I have had this happen a few times. I have tried adjusting my upper tension, using different stabilizers when one or the other doesn't matter on the fabric I am using. I am using the appropriate threads and bobbins for my machine. What I can't figure out is it doesn't happen all the time just occasionally and I would like to figure out what causes this to happen. Has anyone had this problem and was able to figure it out?
