I have a tendency to design for added dimension, and I often challenge myself to do what I've never done before, and that can take a lot of time--but I designed this as I went along, just asking the wing what it wanted to be. In the end, the fluidity and whimsical feel of it really radiated the magic that I try to imbue all of my pieces with.
I imagine I will get a rush of excitement, a thrill of laughter, and a sense of enthused awe when the woman who this ring was meant for finally makes it hers...that she's out there in the world is reassuring that the others Keepers of the Magic are not yet extinct..
