Roxie, thankyou for stepping forward. Here's a vial of starlight to help guide you on your way, a tin of elbow grease as there is some hard work to be done, a reminder to keep working on your own shop with the guidance of the Etsy Sellers Handbook.
You don't have to have a highly successful shop to be a team leader. You do need to be open to others' suggestions, be supportive of team members and work together to improve your businesses, large and small. I think you just might have what it takes.
